Cavity Wall Insulation
EPS Bonded Bead wall insulation consists of an expanded polystyrene material injected into the cavity in bead form with a bonding agent. The bonding agent is used to provide long-term stability to the insulant.
With a thermal conductivity of 0.035 W/(mK) or 0.033 W/(mK), EPS Bonded Bead cavity wall insulation can deliver u-values as low as 0.12 W/m2K with the right planning, design and installation.
Pumped cavity wall insulation minimises disruption on the job-site in new build construction. The product will also last the lifetime of the building and is quick and simple to install.
Attic Insulation
Kingdom Installation use a glass mineral wool when installing attic insulation as standard. Should your project require an alternative insulation product, please let us know your specification and we will be happy to provide you with a quotation.
Mineral wool insulation provides a barrier to heat’s natural tendency to flow to colder surfaces. Properly installed, it will cost-effectively reduce heating and cooling demand, increase overall energy efficiency resulting in substantial energy savings and carbon emission reductions over the lifetime of buildings.
For every tonne of CO2 emitted by manufacturing mineral wool insulation, around 200 tonnes are saved during the product’s lifetime.
