Cavity Wall Insulation
EPS Bonded Bead wall insulation consists of an expanded polystyrene material injected into the cavity in bead form with a bonding agent. The bonding agent is used to provide long-term stability to the insulant.
With a thermal conductivity of 0.035 W/(mK) or 0.033 W/(mK), EPS Bonded Bead cavity wall insulation can deliver u-values as low as 0.12 W/m2K with the right planning, design and installation.
Pumped cavity wall insulation minimises disruption on the job-site in new build construction. The product will also last the lifetime of the building and is quick and simple to install.

Mineral wool insulation provides a barrier to heat’s natural tendency to flow to colder surfaces. For every tonne of CO2 emitted by manufacturing mineral wool insulation, around 200 tonnes are saved during the product’s lifetime.
